Is there a guarantee if the product isn't for me?
Yes: the first jar of each product comes with 30 days to try it, from the day you receive it, even opened. If it's not for you, we'll refund you. It applies once per product: write to info@yfactnutrition.com with your order number.
How does the morning/evening ritual work?
One gummy when you wake up and one before bed, every day, for at least 30 days in a row. The 60 gummies in the jar are exactly one month. No water, no set times: waking up and saying goodnight are already your reminder.
Do the gummies contain sugar?
No: the whole range is zero sugar, less than 0.5 g per 100 g, and it says so on every label. The sweetness comes from sweeteners, maltitol syrup and sucralose: two gummies a day, with the taste of fruit and no sugar.
Is there melatonin in Focus & Relax?
No, by choice. The Relax gummy, the evening one, contains ashwagandha KSM-66, which supports relaxation and mental wellbeing, and saffron, which supports normal mood. If you're looking for an evening ritual without melatonin, this is it.
How does the subscription work? Can I cancel?
Every month you receive your jar at 20% off, with more off the pairs and the Routine, and shipping is always free. You pay one month at a time. From your account you can skip a month, pause or cancel whenever you like, with no penalties.
