A jar, a pair or the Complete Routine: on the product page, choose the subscription.
2. Receive it every month
The delivery goes out on its own, and you pay with each shipment. Three days before, you get an email to remind you.
3. Skip a month or cancel
From your account, whenever you like and with no penalties: you can also pause and pick up again later.

Can I cancel whenever I like?
Yes, from your account, whenever you like and with no penalties. If you just need a break, you can skip a delivery or pause the subscription and restart it later.
When am I charged?
At each monthly renewal, always the same price as your subscription. Three days before, you get an email to remind you: up to the day of the charge you can skip the delivery, pause or cancel.
Can I change product?
From your account you can skip, pause or cancel. To switch to another product, for example from Focus & Relax to a pair, write to us and we'll do it from the next delivery.
What if my jar doesn't arrive in time?
It arrives in 2-5 working days, with tracking on every order. If something goes wrong, we'll put it right.
Do I pay for shipping?
With a subscription, no, never: it's always free. On one-off purchases it's free from two jars up - pairs and Complete Routine included - and costs €4,90 only for a single jar.
What if the ritual isn't for me?
The first jar of each product has a 30-day guarantee from receipt: if it's not for you, we'll refund you, even opened. And you can cancel the subscription whenever you like in any case, from your account, with no commitment.
